Return Credits are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the credit has been issued.
- Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary depending on the shipping method used in the original order.
- Overnight or 2nd Day Air: $35 or $25 return cost
- 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $8.99 return cost.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we will issue a credit for the cost of the items, but a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. We will also deduct any shipping cost incurred.
Lost or Stolen Packages
